Its DHA content contributes to the development of the breastfed infant's eyes and brain.* Its B vitamins, as well as vitamin C and iron content, contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. *Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) taken by the mother contributes to the normal development of the breastfed infant's eyes and brain. To achieve the beneficial effect, in addition to the recommended daily dose of omega-3 fatty acids for adults (i.e. 250 mg DHA and eicosapentaenoic acid - EPA), an additional 200 mg DHA should be consumed daily.
