Royal smoked salmon fillet slices flavoured with plum brandy
The salmon fillet is prepared using the traditional method of cold smoking with beech wood - during which the temperature of the salmon fillet does not exceed 28°C - thus creating the noble flavour characteristic of the product. We use beech wood chips for smoking, which experts recommend specifically for smoking salmon.
The product is made even more special by the plum brandy from Agárd.
