Sweet, light confectionery product. Light, thin "cellular" patterned, rectangular product. The dough is not baked in the oven, but in a preheated waffle iron. In the history of gastronomy, various wafers were the ancestors of waffles. Ideal for making various pastries, homemade chocolate wafers, Turkish honey, but also a delicious delicacy consumed only with honey and apple.

BENEI és Társa Kft is a confectionery dynasty-based enterprise, the foundations of which were laid by the Benei grandparents and parents' former confectionery. From the beginning of the 1900s, the family operated a high-quality confectionery in Berettyóújfalu. Over time, however, the company underwent serious development, and at the same time its headquarters moved first to Debrecen and then to Budapest.

Their confectionery factory places particular emphasis on the practical application of the results of nutritional science, which is why they only use proven, high-quality raw materials in the production of their products. They would like to preserve and further develop the traditions and flavors of the Hungarian confectionery and confectionery industry.
