Consuming Omega-3 (ALA) and Omega-6 (LA) fatty acids as part of a healthy lifestyle and a varied, balanced diet contributes to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2g of ALA (alpha-linolenic acid) and 10g of LA (linoleic acid).

Flora is not only delicious, but also heart-friendly. Flora margarines are made from sunflower, linseed and rapeseed oils, which naturally contain Omega-3 and -6 fatty acids. Omega-3 (alpha-linolenic acid - ALA) and Omega-6 (linoleic acid - LA) fatty acids, when incorporated into a varied, balanced diet, contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 2 g ALA and 10 g LA. Thanks to the new recipes, even those with milk protein and lactose intolerance can safely consume Flora Original and Flora Light products, as they are vegan.
