Malfy Gin is made in Moncalieri, on the outskirts of Turin, Italy. This Italian region is famous for its excellent wines and spirits. The Turin distillery has been owned by the Vergano family since 1906, and is now run by the second generation. With its drinks, it evokes an idyllic Italian lifestyle, the "dolce far niente": sitting on the terrace, enjoying the magnificent view, enjoying the sweet art of doing nothing. The abbreviation G. Q. D. I. that appears on the bottle and the cap is the abbreviation of the Italian "Gin di QUALITA DISTILLATO in Italia", which indicates the quality guarantee of Malfy. Distillation takes place in traditional stainless steel stills, so the fresh aromas of Italian juniper and lemon are preserved.
