After precise berry sorting, a short maceration was followed by gentle pressing. The fragrant new wine fermented in a chilled tank and was bottled after a short rest. Grape and flower aromas, fine acidity in a crisp sip, fine effervescence in the background.

The current first took me to the southern shore of Lake Balaton, where I was put in charge of a 150-hectare vineyard as a viticultural manager. I liked it, but in the end, the promised winery was not built and my floating-lid wine laboratory set up in a small warehouse no longer satisfied my passion.

I was carried away by the return home and the possibilities of industrial-scale winemaking. I moved back to Badacsonytördemic, where I grew up and puttonyoztam with my family as a child. I started working in a large winery, first in viticulture and then in winemaking. Here I could really blossom. I gave it my all. Excellent wines were born under my hand and that of my colleague. However, despite the fact that all our thoughts revolved around the vineyard and the cellar, our carefully crafted wines did not reach the glasses of discerning people. From this failure, the FLOW also took hold of me. I came up with the idea: Yes, we need our own brand!
