A product made from domestic quality raw materials by Békés Húsfeldolgozó Kft. based on the original István Kovács recipe from Békés, using pork, appropriate spices, traditional procedures and modern manufacturing technologies.

Accordingly, their sausages and all other handcrafted butcher's specialities and gourmet products are made from quality domestic raw materials, combining the traditions of Békés sausage making with modern manufacturing technologies. They preserve their products with salt and smoking, mature them in the open air, avoiding the addition of artificial materials, so that everything can remain as it used to be! They follow the path of the old master butchers, their flavours are the tradition itself!
