Pécsi BIO Premium gluten-free lager

Pleasantly malty, moderately bitter, brilliantly clear, copper-coloured Vienna ace beer, brewed using the decoction method. The brewing process certified by Biokontroll Hungária Nonprofit Kft. is made using raw materials from organic farming. The beer wort produced from organic barley malt guarantees gluten-free quality thanks to special technological processes during fermentation. The gluten-free nature of each production batch is certified by an accredited laboratory.

The gluten-free products are tested in the accredited laboratory of SGS Hungária Kft. using the measuring method accepted by the international AOAC organisation.

The Pécsi Brewery is Hungary's oldest continuously operating brewery, with a 170-year history. The factory meets the highest quality standards (IFS, ISO14001) and uses its own karst water source. The beers are produced in accordance with the German Purity Law.
