Many people only think of peanuts as that salty, oily seed we snack on while watching TV, and that we shouldn't, because it's fattening and unhealthy. This is a huge mistake! It has a high energy content and an exceptionally high protein content among oilseeds - 100g contains 26g of protein! It's no coincidence that it's also part of the diet of regular athletes.  Its valuable components also include B-vitamins, antioxidant E-vitamin, and phytosterol, which is attributed with anti-inflammatory effects.

It is excellent for cakes, oatmeal, but also as an afternoon snack, alongside fruits or biscuits.

Mendula peanut butter is made from dry-roasted peanuts without added fat, and no additives are added during the grinding process - no palm oil, no emulsifiers, no other vegetable fats. This crunchy version contains only a minimal amount (1%) of salt, as well as finely chopped peanuts.
