Use 

We recommend brushing your teeth at least twice a day for 2 minutes. When brushing your teeth, make sure that your child swallows as little toothpaste as possible. If you consider it necessary, ensure fluoride intake from other sources.
Recommended for use from the age of 6.

Storage

Store at room temperature.
Can be used for 6 months after opening.
