Ecoproduct meats undergo 8-12 days of dry aging, which guarantees excellent taste and texture. The meats from the Czech Republic come from young bulls up to 24 months old, or from 30-month-old animals, and in rare cases from heifers.

Beef broth: Organic beef is an ideal base for a rich, flavorful beef broth. To prepare it, dice the meat, then place it in a large pot and add carrots, celery, onions, and spices such as bay leaves and pepper. Simmer over low heat to allow the meat's flavor to fully release and the broth to become rich and hearty.

Goulash: This cut of meat is also excellent for making goulash. Dice the meat, then sauté the onions and garlic in a little oil. Then add the meat, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and braise over low heat until the meat is tender and the flavors have blended. Serve with fresh bread or cooked pasta.

Steamed meat: Organic beef can also be steamed wonderfully. Cut the meat into larger pieces, season with salt, pepper, and other spices, then steam with vegetables such as turnips and green peas. This method preserves the juiciness and flavor of the meat, while the vegetables also absorb the flavors.

The organic quality meat comes exclusively from ecological farms where the animals are fed natural, plant-based food and never come into contact with pesticides or fertilizers during their lives.
