Product description

Coconut milk is made by pureeing the meat of a coconut with water and then straining it through a cloth. The result is a milky, flavorful and aromatic liquid that typically has a 15-25% fat content. The remaining pulp is then extracted with boiling water and pressed, resulting in a thinner, less creamy coconut milk.

The water and fat layers separate in the can, which is a completely natural occurrence and not a quality defect. Prepare soups, main courses and desserts with Aroy-d coconut milk.
