BERLINER Kindl original German pale lager is a winning beer, whose perfect maturity and extra fine hop aroma provide a full-bodied taste.

Producer information

They use specially selected malt and hops for all their beers. The malt gives the beer its body and colour, while the hops give it the flavour and aroma. The brewing water comes from their own deep well, is filtered and treated. The yeast also comes from their in-house cultivation facility. They use a separate yeast strain for each beer type, which is decisive for the character of the beer. The yeast converts the malt sugar into alcohol and carbon dioxide. The fermentation process and the yeast strain used for this have a significant influence on the quality of the beer. After fermentation, the beer is cooled to approx. 0 °C and left to mature. During the maturation phase, which lasts several weeks, the flavour is refined and the yeast is harvested.
