Lobo Tom Yum paste
This traditional Thai spice blend is most commonly used for the traditional Tom Yum soup, which is a spicy-sour soup made with fresh herbs. It is usually cooked with prawns, but can also contain chicken or seafood.
It can also be used for a variety of other dishes, such as Thai curries, or even pasta dishes. It also goes well with dishes made in a wok, paired with various meats or vegetables.
Usage
Boil 1 liter of water, add 30 g of Tom Yum paste. Add prawns and mushrooms. Cook until done, season with fish sauce, salt, lemon juice.
Storage
Store in a dry, cool place.
