Gotan noodles are a staple ingredient in almost every Asian cuisine. They are made from wheat flour, which is first fried in plenty of oil and then dried again - thus shortening its cooking time.
Usage
Boil water, then soak the noodles taken out of the packaging for 5 minutes. Then drain and prepare as desired.
Storage
Store in a dry, cool place protected from light.
