Rum Plantation Pineapple 40%
Pineapple-flavored rum created by master blender Alexandre Gabriel in honor of Reverend Stiggins, a character in Charles Dickens' Pickwick Club whose favorite drink was "pineapple rum". How is it made? The pineapple is cut by hand and macerated for a week in Three Stars rum, then distilled in the Ferrand copper still. Another batch of pineapple is macerated in Original Dark rum for 3 months. The two separate pineapple-flavored spirits are then blended and married in casks for another 3 months. And voila, Plantation Pineapple is born!

Can be enjoyed neat, with a splash of water, on the rocks, or as a cocktail ingredient.

Almost all producers offer white rum to their customers. At Maison Ferrand, they wanted to create a white rum that would stand out from the crowd, using the exceptional possibilities offered by the house's cognac blending experience by combining unaged and aged rums.
