With the Szafi Reform Chocolate Muffin Flour Mix, you can easily make delicious, sugar-free muffins or cakes that are gluten-free, dairy-free, and can be incorporated into a paleo diet. This flour mix allows you to conjure up delicious, soft-textured chocolate muffins on the table in no time. Product Information
Ingredients (for 8 muffins): 140 g Szafi Reform chocolate muffin mix, 4 M eggs, 20 g coconut oil (can be substituted with 10 g water!), 70 g water, approx. 40-50 grams of crystalline sweetener equivalent to erythritol.

Preparation

1. Mix the whole eggs with the coconut oil and water. (no need to beat the egg whites separately!)
2. Then add the sweetener and the flour mix and work into a creamy consistency with a hand whisk using quick movements.
3. Then dispense into 8 large muffin tins (non-stick!)
4. Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. (using the top and bottom baking program!)
