Schulstad Classic Hamburger Bun with Sesame (4 pcs)

Product description

Classic hamburger bun made from wheat flour, sprinkled with sesame seeds, for making American-style hamburgers. Perfect choice for barbecue and grill parties, as well as for a real "street food" lunch/dinner.

Usage - Stockholm avocado-BACON hamburger

Ingredients:

4 pcs Schulstad hamburger buns

4 pcs pork patties

8 tablespoons mayonnaise

60 g crispy lettuce

8 slices Emmental cheese

140 g bacon fried crispy

2 avocados sliced

Salt, pepper

 

Pickled red onion

1 red onion sliced

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

0.5 tablespoon sugar

1 pinch salt

 

Preparation

1. Slice the red onion, then mix with the white wine vinegar, sugar and salt. Let stand for at least 1 hour (in the refrigerator).
2. Mix the mayonnaise with black pepper to taste.
3. Grill or fry the patties. Put the Emmental cheese on the meat and fry together with the patty for about half a minute.
4. Fry the bacon slices until crispy.
5. Toast the hamburger buns, then spread with mayonnaise, add the lettuce, the patty with the cheese, the avocado, the crispy fried bacon and the pickled red onion.
