Ingredients
200 g Gyermelyi Lasagna, 250 g farmer's sausage, 150 g meaty bacon, 2 heads of red onion, 200 g green pepper, 1 dl sour cream, 50 g grated cheese, 5 eggs, 1 bunch of parsley, salt, ground pepper, grated nutmeg.

Preparation

  1. Cut the meaty bacon into strips and fry until glassy. Add the sausage cut into half rings, the finely chopped red onion and the thinly sliced pepper. Fry together for 4-5 minutes, then sprinkle with parsley and pepper. If necessary, salt, stir, then remove.
  2. Boil salted water in a larger pot and cook the sheets in several portions, in the water, until semi-hard for about 6 minutes, then remove with a spatula. Rinse in cold water and dry on a dry cloth.
  3. Oil a small Teflon pan or molds and line the bottom with the pasta so that it also reaches the sides.
  4. Place in an oven preheated to 200°C and bake for 10-15 minutes, so that the edges are nicely red.
  5. Divide the sausage and bacon ragout into the pasta shells.
  6. Beat the eggs with the sour cream, a little salt, divide on the laid-out pans before baking, sprinkle with grated cheese.
  7. Place in an oven preheated to 200°C and bake for 5-10 minutes, then serve.
