FINN CRISP Hi-Fiber provides enough fiber to get you through the day. The tasty, wholemeal rye bread is topped with rye bran and contains a high amount of 20% fiber. Great for a quick sandwich or broken into pieces and mixed into a bowl of yogurt with fresh fruit.

Usage - Deluxe egg sandwich

Ingredients:

• 4 eggs
• 1dl mayonnaise
• ½ dl sour cream
• ¼ red onion
• 1 tablespoon chives
• 8 Finn Crisp HI-Fibre Crispbread with rye bran

Preparation:

1. Boil and peel, then slice the eggs.
2. Chop the red onion and chives.
3. Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream. Add half of the red onion and the chives to this.
4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the Finn Crisp Hi-Fiber bread. Place the sliced eggs on the bread, and add the remaining red onion and chives as decoration.
5. Enjoy!
