Unicum Szilva, just like Unicum, is made from extracts of more than 40 carefully selected medicinal herbs and distillates. Unicum Szilva is made complete by aging it on a bed of dried plums piled in an oak barrel. In addition to its excellent gift-giving function, it can be a worthy part of family and friendly gatherings, special occasions.

In 1840, József Zwack founded the Zwack company. On May 22, 1883, the drink was registered "to protect the stomach-strengthening liqueur marketed under the name Unicum", which was made according to the recipe from 1790, in the original round bottle with a red cross on its label.
In 1909, one of their company's most famous and important icons was born, the "water man". On the iconic poster made by Viktor Pachl, Unicum is called the "best stomach-strengthening liqueur".
In 2012, Zwack innovated again: they combined two real Hungarian specialties, Unicum and plums that are also native to our country, and thus Unicum Szilva was born. The specialty of the liqueur is that the drink is aged on dried plums piled in an oak barrel, which is unique in the world.
