Gourmet ham platter, sliced, in a 200g protective atmosphere packaging, made from the following hams: 25% Rauchschinken (Smoked ham, quick-pickled) - (100g of finished product made using 91g of pork), 25 % Proseccoschinken (Ham flavoured with Prosecco, quick-pickled): (100g of finished product made using 81g of pork and 0.2% Prosecco), 25% Edel-Bratschinken (Fine roast ham with cheese, quick-matured): (100g of finished product made using 81g of pork and 10% cheese) and 25% Salzburger ham (quick-pickled, with a roasted skin casing): (100g of finished product made using 103g of pork).
