This coffee is grown in the southern part of the country, on volcanic soil, at an altitude of 1300 - 2100 meters above sea level, where there is a clear difference between the wet and dry seasons. This is the most fragrant coffee in the world, with dominant jasmine and rose petal notes. Very sweet in the cup, medium-bodied and syrupy. Characterized by a long-lasting and very pleasant aftertaste. Ideal for breakfast and with desserts after meals.
