A Bottega Pistacchio is a creamy pistachio liqueur with 17% vol alcohol content. It is made from Sicilian pistachios grown on the slopes of Mount Etna, with a velvety, rounded flavour profile.
The traditionally processed pistachio paste is blended with water, sugar, and alcohol, then a drop of grappa adds its distinctive aroma. Best served chilled at around 8–10 °C; pairs well with desserts, ice cream, or alongside coffee.
