What makes Moritz special is freshness: at Casa Moritz, the beer comes directly from the taps of the “Fàbrica Moritz Barcelona”, and is described as a “very fresh, unpasteurised” drink – giving each sip a clean, lively character.
The brand opened the Casa Moritz venue on Rambla de Catalunya in December 2021: an approx. 300 m² space with an outdoor terrace and a semi-open kitchen, with hours that cover multiple dining periods throughout the day.
The concept centres on tastings of Moritz beer varieties and discovering guest brands, with Barcelona design, and recipes by chef Jordi Vilà. Serving tip: offer well chilled, and choose a tasting flight with several different selections.
