Moritz’s hallmark is freshness: at Casa Moritz, the beer comes directly from the taps of the “Fàbrica Moritz Barcelona”, and is described as a “very fresh, unpasteurized” drink—giving each sip a clean, lively character.

In December 2021, the brand opened the Casa Moritz venue on Rambla de Catalunya: an approximately 300 m² space with an outdoor terrace and a semi-open kitchen, with opening hours covering multiple meal periods throughout the day.

The concept is built around tastings of Moritz beer varieties and discovering guest brands, with Barcelona design, and the recipes are by chef Jordi Vilà. Serving suggestion: offer well chilled, and select several items for a tasting flight.
