Producer Information

Nobilis Zrt. is a traditional family business, whose owners and managers have been involved in the production of dried apples and sour cherries since 1992. The plant is located in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county, on the edge of the Southern Nyírség and Szatmár regions, in the homeland of apples, plums, and sour cherries. This region is a world-renowned growing area for fruit varieties with excellent flavor harmony. The production background comes from a well-organized, decades-old small-scale farmer integration. The modern processing line, the 70-person core staff, and the patented production process guarantee the preservation of the flavors of the growing region. Their company operates HACCP, IFS, and BRC systems.
