Czider cider -  Limited edition

Unfiltered, bottle-aged cider (carbonated apple wine) made from 100% natural apple juice. 
In this batch, in addition to dessert apples, we also used British-type "bittersweet" cider apples. The 100% apple juice was aged for one year after fermentation before bottling. This extra dry cider can be enjoyed without back-sweetening, and its natural carbonation is due to traditional bottle aging. The fine lees at the bottom of the bottle are a natural accompaniment to this traditional, living process.

Storage

In a dry, cool place. Consume within 1 day after opening. Recommended serving temperature: 7-9 degrees Celsius
