Experience Czider's limited edition, unfiltered, bottle-aged cider, crafted from 100% natural apple juice, blending dessert apples with British-type bittersweet cider apples. This Hungarian cider undergoes a full year of bottle aging after fermentation, resulting in an extra dry profile with natural carbonation and no back-sweetening. The fine lees at the bottom of this 330 ml bottle are a testament to its traditional process. For those over 18 only.

Czider cider - Limited edition
Unfiltered, bottle-aged cider (carbonated apple wine) made from 100% natural apple juice.
In this batch, in addition to dessert apples, we also used British-type "bittersweet" cider apples. The 100% apple juice was aged for one year after fermentation before bottling. This extra dry cider can be enjoyed without back-sweetening, and its natural carbonation is due to traditional bottle aging. The fine lees at the bottom of the bottle are a natural accompaniment to this traditional, living process.
