Fevita Quick-Frozen Redcurrants

These quick-frozen redcurrants are as if you just picked them from the bush: the quick-freezing process immediately locks in the vitamins, the vibrant red color, and the perfect taste of the fruits. The tart, piquant taste of redcurrants wonderfully brightens and balances excessive sweetness, making them an ideal choice for baking! Use them to decorate and fill cakes and tarts, make jam or sauce for meats – the result will always be beautiful, vibrant, and fresh.

Suggested Use

Once thawed, they can be consumed as fresh fruit. You can make fruit soup from them, or use them for preparing and decorating salads and pastries. On a fruit plate, at room temperature, the thawing time is approximately 1 hour. The thawing time can be shortened by using a microwave oven. In this case, place the fruit in a microwave-safe bowl and heat it at 600 W for 3 minutes until it reaches the desired temperature.
