About the Brand

Babú offers a unique gastronomic experience in the heart of Ghent. Conceived by the Hertog Jan team, Babú offers 'baked buns' with three different fillings: a version reminiscent of a cheeseburger, a fried cod bun, and a merguez minced meat bun. The story of Babú began as a pop-up, and then the owners of Hertog Jan updated their fast-casual restaurant at the end of last year. In the restaurant's open kitchen, Jef Poppe, co-creator of the bunner and former sous chef at Hertog Jan, works to ensure the highest level of comfort food. The interior of Babú offers a refreshed environment furnished with plants, suitable tables, and a long bench. Babú is committed to quality and sustainability, so every guest can be sure that they are consuming dishes made from the best ingredients.

In a dry, cool place. Consume within 24 hours after opening. Not recommended for children under 3 years of age. Shake before consumption! Best before (day/month/year) see packaging.
