Decora Pink Icing

For making macarons. Whisk 250 g of powder with 50–60 g of water at medium speed with an electric whisk for 7–10 minutes until you get a smooth and even mixture. Put the mixture into a piping bag with a plain nozzle and form small discs. Let the mix stand for approx. 120 minutes until a slight crust forms on it. Place it in the oven. Baking: In a convection oven at 135°C for approximately 15 minutes; In a static oven at 150°C for approximately 15 minutes.
