Fever Tree Raspberry & Rhubarb Tonic

Premium quality tonic made from natural ingredients by the British Fever-Tree. The fruitiness of fresh raspberries and the slightly tart character of rhubarb create a perfect balance with the gently bitter tonic base. An excellent choice for gin and tonics, but also provides a refreshing experience on its own, chilled.

Producer Information

In 2004, Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow began creating tonics from natural and fresh ingredients, with the main goal of producing premium natural beverages without artificial preservatives and sweeteners! This led to the creation of Fever-Tree Premium Tonic by 2005. The brand name originates from the common name of the Cinchona tree (fever tree). The bark of this tree is used to extract high-quality quinine, which is the main ingredient in tonics. The quinine used in the tonics comes from plantations in Eastern Congo, where the purest quinine is found. However, the country is so dangerous that Fever-Tree is the only beverage company that sources this ingredient from there. Fever-Tree drinks have a high carbonation content, with small, elegant bubbles for a smoother taste! Cane sugar is always used as a sweetener. The citrus notes in Fever-Tree drinks come from "sfumatrice" lemon extract.
