The fat is slowly cooked with **layered onions, garlic, and rosemary** until the onions are completely done. Then, the cleaned livers, cut into large pieces, are placed in the fat and gently heated until they solidify but do not dry out. After a short cooling period, **Dijon mustard and salt** are added. It is completely cooled for the fat to solidify, and then it's ready to spread.

With fresh bread, toast, and a few slices of green pepper, it's a heavenly dish. Let's not forget, Hungarians are a goose liver-eating nation!
