Martini Brut is an elegant, dry white sparkling wine, reflecting the meticulous work of the renowned Italian Martini & Rossi winery. It is made from hand-harvested grapes grown in the rich soils of the Veneto and Friuli regions, ensuring premium quality and a clean, fresh flavour profile. The base of the sparkling wine is a secret blend of Glera, Chardonnay, and Trebbiano grape varieties. It is produced using the traditional Charmant-Martinotti method, which highlights its freshness and fruitiness.

• Aroma: Fresh, with floral notes, accompanied by green apple and citrus fruits (lime, grapefruit).
• Taste: Dry, crisp character, in which the aromas of pear, ripe apple, roasted hazelnut, and almond mingle.
• Finish: Long, dry, fruity, with a delicate almond aftertaste.

Producer Information

The company was founded in 1862 by Don Facundo Bacardi Masso, of Spanish origin, in Santiago de Cuba. In 1877, the company won its first gold medal at the Spanish World Exhibition for its quality. They threw out the rulebook and created their own blends using a revolutionary rum-making process that would forever change how rum is made.
