About the Brand

Hedon initially started as a nomadic brewery, founded by three guerrilla brewers in 2014. They found a building for their own brewery in Balatonvilágos, where brewing began in August 2015, in what was then one of the most modern craft breweries in the country. The first brew was a Credo Smash IPA, followed by other members of the series, and from then on, there was no stopping. Then came HEDON's two flagships, Charlie Firpo and Johnny Firpo, followed by Helmut in flip-flops, Indian Summer, and the pineapple IPA Colada. The series was concluded by the grumpy Szergej and the elegant Katalin cárnő. Their pride and most Balaton-esque beer is the freshly foaming Balatonvilágosi Pilsner, which can be tasted in numerous catering establishments along the shores of Lake Balaton.
