Elegant, fresh, beautiful meadow flower scent and harmonious. Fresh acids are in balance with the 12.5% alcohol content. Unmistakably Csopak. It matured on a ten-hectare Olaszrizling area. Less than 6000 bottles were produced per hectare. You can count the load! If you sit down with your friends, you can have the 4.5 deciliter Hamvasi portions, or more.

Producer information
The cellar itself was built at the end of the 18th century, from 1849 it served as the center of the family winery of János Ranolder, Bishop of Veszprém, and here the reputation of Csopak wines was established. On the bishop's estates, the mixed Balaton white grapes were first sorted out, and according to the minutes of the national wine inspector of the time, the winemaking work was carried out at the highest level of the time. The wines from here were very popular in Vienna, Bratislava, Warsaw and Pest. Phylloxera, as almost everywhere in Europe, also wiped out the vineyards here from the 1890s. From the end of the century, the new plantations were cultivated by the new owner, wine merchant Salamon Hűvös, from the beginning of the 20th century. His cellarman was one of the most outstanding experts of the time - István Bakonyi - who lived in the cellar house with his 6 children. The 7th Károly was born here, the later famous grape breeder, the father of the internationally renowned Cserszegi.

Storage
Store at 7-15 degrees, in a dark, closed place, consume within 1-2 days after opening.
