Stepping out of the world of classic desserts, they wanted to create a premium dessert shop that combines the complex experience of currently known and popular pastries with ice cream, thereby creating a new category that currently does not exist east of France: the ice cream dessert shop. The emphasis is on the complexity of the dessert; its uniqueness comes from the combinations created. It is a unique concept where premium ice cream is not presented as scooped ice cream, but as a complete frozen dessert, of which the ice cream itself is just one element.
