Preparation
COOK FROM FROZEN: Add product to boiling water. Bring back to the boil, cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
MICROWAVE FROM FROZEN: Place 250g of product into a microwaveable dish. Add a small amount of water. Cover with a microwaveable plate. Heat on full power. 750W for 5 minutes, 900W for 4 minutes 30 seconds. After heating, allow to stand for 1 minute. Drain well and season to taste. Do not reheat. Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Consume on day of purchase if not kept frozen.
