Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a preheated baking tray. Turn halfway through cooking. Electric oven: 220°C, Fan oven: 200°C, Gas mark: 7. Cooking time from frozen: 17 minutes. Grill: Preheat grill to medium. Place fish fingers on a rack on a baking tray. Turn halfway through cooking. Grilling time from frozen: 17 minutes. Do not reheat. Store frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
