For a plant-based alternative without compromising on flavour, serve these juicy sausages made from soy, seasoned with black pepper and sage.
Preparation
Remove packaging. Preheat oven. Place sausages on a baking tray in the middle of the oven. Turn occasionally. Do not reheat. Electric oven: 200°C, Fan oven: 180°C, Gas mark: 6. Cooking time from frozen: 25 minutes. Store frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
