M&S Tender Spinach Leaves
Whole leaf spinach from trusted growers is frozen at its freshest to lock in flavour and offered in a convenient, pre-portioned format. It's a natural source of folic acid and features the Eat Well flower, so you can be sure it's a healthy choice.
Preparation
Place 250g of product into a microwaveable dish. Cover with a microwaveable lid. Heat for 3 minutes at 750W, or 2 minutes 30 seconds at 900W. Stir thoroughly, then re-cover and continue heating. Consume on the day of defrosting, do not refreeze.
