Made with specially selected durum wheat and alpine spring water, Tri-Colore Fusilli is crafted with tradition in mind. These colourful spirals are excellent for salads or al dente with pesto.
Preparation
On the hob - add 80g pasta per person to a pan of boiling water and gently boil for 8-10 minutes. Do not cover the pan. Drain and return the pasta to the pan. Serving: ideal with pesto or oil and butter-based sauces. This colourful version is especially good for salads.
