Medium egg noodles with their silky, springy texture absorb sauces. A versatile base for quick stir-fries or Asian-inspired bowls.
Preparation
- Use 1 noodle nest per person for a light meal or accompaniment. Use 2 noodle nests per person for a main meal. Place noodles in boiling water. Remove from heat and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Stir noodles occasionally to prevent sticking. Drain and serve. For stir-frying, leave to stand for 4 minutes and stir-fry in a pan for 1 minute, serve immediately.
