BENEFITT Psyllium husk

A valuable dietary fiber source. Regular consumption supports bowel function. It can be safely consumed long-term for cleansing the digestive system and intestines, and for maintaining abdominal comfort.

Usage

1 tablespoon (approx. 5g) daily (dissolved in liquid or yogurt and consumed immediately). Ensure regular daily fluid intake (min. 2 l) during consumption!

Storage

Store at room temperature (15-25 °C), in a dry place protected from foreign odors, out of reach of small children.
