100% Pinot Grigio grapes, Italian white wine, Veneto region. The soil on the plantation is clayey and gravelly. The grapes are harvested in late August and early September. Borgo Molino Pinot Grigio wine is made using the reductive method. Straw yellow color with a golden rim. The aroma is dominated by fruitiness, meadow flowers, and peach. The taste shows a beautiful balance. It is characterized by firm acids, an exciting, beautiful, structured body, a citrus aftertaste, and a medium-long finish. It goes well with fish dishes, minestrone soup, white meats, and soft cheeses.
Ideal consumption temperature: 10-12 °C. Storage: in a cool place, away from light and heat sources. Once opened, it can be consumed for 2-3 days when stored in the refrigerator.
Once the stopper is removed, it can be consumed immediately after cooling to the appropriate temperature.
