Before shampooing: gently apply to damp or dry hair before washing. Leave on for 2-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Use 2-3 times a week.
Hair conditioner: after shampooing, gently apply to your wet hair, then rinse thoroughly. Use regularly.
