- 2x medium saucepan
- one medium pot
- 2x bowl
- cutting board

What's in the kit:
- 300 g sous-vide chicken breast, with roasting juice
- 200 g basmati rice
- 100 g leek
- 100 g tempura mix
- 70 g sweet chili sauce
- 40 g celery
- 15 ml dark soy sauce
- 3 g sesame seeds
What's not in the kit. Use from your own pantry.
- 0.5 l oil for frying
- 45 ml oil for vegetables
- 10 g salt for rice
- salt and sugar, to taste
- paper towels
Preparing the ingredients
- Remove the meat from the packaging and pat dry.
- Cut the dried chicken breasts in half lengthwise.
- Slice the leek and celery into rings.
- Put the tempura mix in one of the bowls, add 1 dl of water, and whisk until smooth.
- Coat the meat in the bowl with the batter.
Preparing the rice
- Pour 1.5 l of water into the pot, add the 10 g of salt, and bring to a boil.
- Put the bags containing the rice in the pot and cook for 15 minutes.
- Turn off the stove and drain the rice.
Preparing the rice with vegetables
- Heat 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of oil in a medium saucepan over high heat.
- Add the leek and celery, reduce the heat to medium, and fry for 1 minute.
- Add the cooked rice and reduce the heat to low.
- Add the soy sauce, stir, and heat for 2 minutes.
Preparing the meat
- Heat 0.5 l of oil in a saucepan over high heat. Test the temperature by adding a pinch of batter - it should sizzle gently.
- Fry the coated chicken pieces for 1 minute until golden brown. Turn occasionally.
- Put the sweet chili sauce in the other bowl.
- Put the fried meat pieces in the bowl with the sweet chili sauce and toss to coat.
Serving
- Sprinkle the rice and meat with sesame seeds.
