Speisekammer Quick-frozen lángos dough

Thoroughly oil the frozen dough and cover with foil (cling film). Leave to thaw for a few hours, then leave to rise. Fry the shaped, pulled lángos dough in hot oil until cooked. Serve as desired!

In 2004, the company moved from Budapest to Szigetszentmiklós, where production takes place in a state-of-the-art factory building equipped with modern technology on a 1-hectare property owned by the company, in accordance with strict food safety, quality assurance (HACCP, BRC) and technological regulations.
