Red Snapper
Found in the North and Baltic Seas and the northeastern Atlantic Ocean. Its flesh is white, mild-flavored, and low in fat. Excellent when fried, grilled, or steamed.
Preparation:
Red snapper can be cooked in the oven or in a pan. Since the snapper has thin, delicate flesh, it is best to season it simply with salt and pepper and fry it in butter. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and golden brown. In a pan, fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
