Pink sea bream cleaned, gutted
Similar in texture and appearance to the golden sea bream, although with a slightly more pronounced aroma is the red sea bream (Pagellus bogaraveo, red seabream, pagre), or the dentex (Zahnbrasse, denteé), which is one of the most valuable fish that can be fished in the Mediterranean waters.

Preparation:
The pink sea bream cleaned, gutted is excellent prepared in the oven or on the grill. Since the meat of the pink sea bream is delicate and tasty, it is best to season it simply with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with olive oil and bake. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and golden brown. Grill over medium heat, grilling each side for 5-6 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
